She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer Wittenburg; her son-in-law Mark Schwanz; her grandson Lance Soldwisch; her brothers, Roger Holm and Randall Niedert (Darlene); and her brothers-in-law, Delbert Wittenburg (Elda), Leo Wittenburg (Lucinda), Arlin Wittenburg (Viola) and Glenn Wittenburg (Helen).
She is survived by: her children, Louise Niedert (Holm), Rick Wittenburg of Tripoli, Roxie Schwanz, Ranae Schult (Les) of Waseca, Minnesota, Rochelle Soldwisch (Jeff) of Waverly and Rayla Tonne (Bryan) of Jesup; her grandchildren, Melissa Wittenburg (Aric Halloran), Sara Vanek (Jim), Megan Buchholz (Beau), Staci Wittenburg (Chris Tanaka), Heidi Schwanz (Soloman Gould), Gretchen Schwanz (Alex Birkholz), Derek Schwanz, Kersten Schwanz, Nicole Schult (Jamie Nagle), Andrew Schult, Alex Soldwisch, Lexi Soldwisch (Drew Wirtner), Krisha Tonne (Brody Vogel) and Jaima Tonne (Brian Sadler); and her great grandchildren, Mason, Cameryn Davis, Rowan Wittenburg Halloran, Rhys, Arthur Vanek, Braxten, Xander, Teddy Buchholz, Jovi Tanaka and Emery Gould.
