He was predeceased by: his parents, William Quentin and Frieda Quentin (Scharnitzke); and his brothers, Allen and Larry Quentin. He is survived by: his wife Jolantha Quentin of Readlyn; his sons, Tom Quentin (Anita) of Kanawha and Steve Quentin (Joanna) of Longwood, Florida; and his brother Arnold Quentin (Ann) of Arlington, Virginia.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
