He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Poock and Lydia Poock (Warneke); his wife Maxine; his children, Audrey Strottmann, Beverly Hesse and Larry Poock; his son-in-law Ken Hesse; and his siblings, Walter Poock, Werner Poock, Lorenz Poock, Norma Schmidt and Luella Schmidt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Gomez (Carlos) of Readlyn and Connie Meyer (Darrel) of Dunkerton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
