He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Herbert Kelly, Sr. and Emma Caroline Kelly (Pope). He is survived by: his aunt Mollie Schmitz; and his siblings, Raymond H. Kelly, Jr. of Washington, Vernon L. Kelly of Prescott, Rex Kelly (Kris) of Thayer, Kim Kelly (Carol) of Bellevue, Neb., Mary Kelly (Dan Williams) of Creston and Caroline Kelly (Gary Close) of Wimberley. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and extended family.
