He is survived by: his mother Diane Fairbanks; his daughter Meghan; his siblings, Eric, Nathan and Ashley; his grandmother LuAnne Bearbower of Cedar Falls; and his significant other Bambi Kleckner of Waverly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
