She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert R. Blunt and Helen Glee Blunt (Grindle); her husband Claude Lewis Perkins; her daughter-in-law Rebecca Perkins; her sister Pam Meadows; and her granddaughter Alexis.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy L. Perkins of Atlantic, IA, Jim R. Perkins of Tabor, IA, Debbie J. Lesher (Mike) of Tabor and Bill J. Perkins (Andrea) of Cedar Rapids, IA; and her brother Larry Blunt of Waco, TX. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; one great grandchild.
