He is survived by: his sister Janice Myers of Omaha, NE; his daughters, Christel Jorgenson of Somerville, Massachusetts and Juli Whitehead (Bryan) of Sidney; his daughter-in-law Sarah Sharp (Dale) of Council Bluffs; and his grandchildren, Stephen Jorgenson (Kassie), Jeremy Jorgenson (Leigh), Jeffrey Jorgenson (Jennifer), Jane Leick (Tony), Nathan Whitehead (Ashley), Elizabeth Todd (DJ), Emily Rodriguez (Antonio) and Abigail Whitehead. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to St. Mary's Catholic Church on Shenandoah or the Sidney Fire and Rescue Department.
