As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Randy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Dykstra and Gloria Dykstra (Snyder); and his sister Rebecca. He is survived by: his siblings, Rodney of Spirit Lake and Sandi (Kirby) of Spencer; his niece Rachel (Tom); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Annabelle and Madison of Marion, Iowa; and his aunt Barbara Dykstra of Spencer. He is also survived by many cousins, neighbors, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Warner Funeral Home- Everly (210 S Ocheyedan St, Everly, IA 51338). A memorial service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethany Lutheran Church (15 W 14th St, Spencer, IA 51301).
