He is survived by: his wife Catherine Crist; his children, Berlin Crist and Sarah-Elizabeth Deshaies; his uncles, Charles Wood (Donna), Richard Wood (Colleen) and Dean Wood (Katie); his mother-in-law Jean Michaelis; his siblings-in-law, Jerry Michaels (Carrie), Ronnie Michaels (Kathy), Jonathan Michaels (Karie) and Jeanne-Marie Fournier; his nieces and nephews, Raffi, Zachary, Claire, Julia, Hannah, Willa and Millie; his brother Grayland Crist (Kathy); his nephew Josh Crist (Kristi); and his nieces, Stacy Edwards (Tyler) and Kayla Crist. He is also survived by his mother.
