It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis Eugene Owenson (Randall, Iowa), who passed away on August 26, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Owenson and Myrtle Owenson (Johnson); his wife Grace; and his siblings, Dorothy Eller, Mildred Boe, Charlotte Brown, Gladys Holm, Dolores Thompson, Orville Owenson, Peter Owenson and Carroll Owenson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Uthe (Dan), Kristi Molln (Rick) and Annette Owenson; his brother David Owenson (Barbara); his grandchildren, Sara Uthe (Eric Holm), Russ Uthe (Erika), Kelly Smith (Matt), Kyla Heddlesten (Anthony) and Steven Havens (Jennifer); and his stepgrandson Brook Havens (Debra).
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to Elim Lutheran Church, Randall, Iowa or the Story City American Legion.
