It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Joynt of Rake, Iowa, born in Emmetsburg, Iowa, who passed away on July 11, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Joynt and Rosella Joynt (Bisenius); his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Jordahl; his son Jeremy; his grandson Lewis Duve; his brothers, Paul and William; and his siblings-in-law, Janice Joynt and Royce Jordahl.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Duve (Matt) of Rake; his grandchildren, Emma, William and Jack; his child Ryan Joynt (Melissa) of Lake Mills; his grandchildren, Jadyn, Dylan and Keely; his son Jon Joynt (Jessica) of Grimes; his grandchildren, Jackson, Emmett, Ayden and A. J.; and his sister Mary Johnson (Bob) of Shafer, MN. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.
