He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Topp and Carole Topp (Mossman) of Radcliffe; his former spouse Kelly Dougan; his wife Stacey Jacobson of Radcliffe; his children, Nicholas Topp (Erin) of Cambridge and Natalie Young (Michael) of Ames; his grandchildren, Makayla, Samuel Young, Gwendolyn and Camden Topp; his siblings, Matthew Topp (Rose) of Hubbard and Rachel Haugland (Kirk) of Story City; and his pets, Opie, Copper, Jamie, Heidie and Jackson. He was also cherished by many other relatives and friends.

The wearing of masks and the respect of social distancing guidelines are encouraged at both functions.
