He is survived by: his son David; his daughters-in-law, Becky and Cris; his grandchildren, Aaron (Nicole), Heath, Nick (Amanda), Madison and Mya; his great grandchildren, Chase, Ava and Willamina; his sister Maureen Hemphill; and his sister-in-law Barbara North. He is also survived by his friends and relatives.
