He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester and Mildred. He is survived by: his son Ben (Trista); his wife Jo; his siblings, Loren (Nancy) and Lori (Ries); his daughters, Sara (Josh) and Amy (Dan); his grandchildren, Layne Andrew, Braden James, Rylee Tate, Lennon Valentine and Jude Margaux; and his pet Shelby. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
