It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gerold Dean Hoversten of Radcliffe, Iowa, who passed away on October 23, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaylord Hoversten and Dorothy Hoversten (Tempel); his son Marty; his sister Eleanor Anders; and his brother-in-law Russell Anders.

He is survived by: his son Martin; his wife Patricia (Hilpipre); his children, Melanie Eide (Daryl), Rosalie Wilbanks, Darla Thomas (Kevin), Clint Hoversten (Michelle), Clay Hoversten (Dana Wilson) and Eileen Dilley (Scott); his grandchildren, Marty Eide (Kris), Luke Eide, Kyla Eide, Abby Wilbanks, Adam Wilbanks (Cassie), Alex Wilbanks (Amy Bonadurer), Levi Thomas (Michelle), Tanner Thomas, Taylor Garcia (Jesus), Eli Hoversten, Emeri Hoversten, Calvin Hoversten, Harley Hoversten, Haley Dilley and Hadyn Dilley; his great grandchildren, Regan, Ruby, Tessa, Jade, Jack and Daxen; his siblings, Connie Keane (John) and Rodney Hoversten (Marcia); and his brothers-in-law, Ron Hilpipre (Betty) and Mike Hilpipre (Ann).

The wearing of masks and respect for social distancing guidelines will be strictly adhered to.

Memorial donations will be used to provide hats, coats, gloves and lunches for Hubbard-Radcliffe Elementary school students.
