She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Severson and Ellen Severson (Knutson); her husband Irving; and her siblings, Ferne Severson, Janet Olson, Kenneth Severson and Donald Severson.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark (Jean) of Westminster, CO and Douglas of Mt. Vernon, IA; and her grandchildren, Aaron, Amber, Spencer, Weston, Grant and Hudson. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; along with other relatives and many wonderful friends.
