He is survived by: his wife Carole Ann Mossman; his children, Matthew Topp (Rose) of Hubbard, Steve Topp (Stacey) of Radcliffe and Rachel Haugland (Kirk) of Story City; his grandchildren, Ben Topp, Nathan Topp (Kristin), Jason Topp (Haley), Nicholas Topp (Erin), Natalie Young (Mic), Andrew Haugland, Kristina Scott (Michael) and Jacob Haugland; his stepgrandchildren, Matt Olson, Kelly Winn (Daniel) and Jodi Hansen (Craig); his great grandchildren, Emma, Owen, Emmet Topp, Lola, Lily, Willa Topp, Makayla, Samuel Young and Gwendolyn Topp; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Madigan Marchesani (Drew), Sydney, Josie, Sam Winn, Avery, Marah and Roque Hansen; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Topp and Neil Mossman. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
