He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ellen Fox; his brother Robert Fox (Joan); and his siblings-in-law, Don Simmons, George Prewitt (Betty) and Carolyn Prewitt.
He is survived by: his sons, Matt Fox (Angela) of Windsor and Tim Fox of Quimby, Iowa; his grandchildren, Courtney Fox of Benbrook and Austin Fox (Shelby); his great grandchildren, River and Lana of Springdale; his granddaughter Josie Fox of Florham Park; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Ann Simmons of Florence, Woodrow Prewitt Jr. (Doris) of Decatur and Bill Prewitt of Kingsport, Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
