With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Ann Andersen in Quasqueton, Iowa, who passed away on January 1, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Sharon shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sharon farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Etten and Edna Walter Van Etten; and her brother William Paul Van Etten. She is survived by: her husband Lyle Andersen; her sons, Brad (Tim Ewing) of Phoenix, AZ, Scott (Kim) of Waterloo and Rev. Mark Andersen (Michelle) of Atlantic, IA; her brother James Van Etten of Newhall, IA; her brother-in-law Marlin Andersen (Ruby) of St. Louis, MO; and her aunt Vivian Gates of Cedar Falls. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
