He is survived by: his former wife Rebecca Gaffney; his children, Jessica Franck (Edward), Johanna, Lucas of Arivaca, AZ and Samuel; his grandchildren, Kaiser, Quentin, Elijah, Riley, Jonah, Max, Taylor, Kylee, Kipton and Bering; and his siblings, Steven Miller, Hiawatha, Traci Nelson (Don), Terri Garcia (Michael) of Pueblo, CO and Jill Curtis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
