He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Deemer and Pauline B. Deemer (Willey); and his sister Beverly Gillespie. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lou Kress; his son Gary Deemer (Tina); and his stepchildren, Dean Kress (Teresa), Tom Kress (Rhonda) and Melinda Mormann (James).
