He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Couchman and Julane Des Combaz Couchman; his grandparents, Dorotha and Howard Rupe; and his brother Danny Couchman.
He is survived by: his wife Tanya Fisher; his children, Jessica Murry (Bob) of Pulaski and Clayton Couchman of Pulaski; his grandchildren, Kilo Couchman, Alyssa Murry, Olivia Murry, Rylee Murry (Sydney Shively), Jace Murry, Gage Murry and Creedin Murry; and his sisters, Mary Jo Norton (Charlie) of Camdenton and Julie Pruitt (Mike) of Phoenix. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
