We are sad to announce that on July 15, 2024 we had to say goodbye to John A. Polashek of Protivin, Iowa, born in Cresco, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Polashek and Lillian Polashek (Riha); his granddaughter Iris Polashek; and his siblings-in-law, Kate and Bruce.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Polashek; his children, Katie Polashek of Protivin, Michael and Sarah Balik Polashek; his granddaughter Penny Polashek of Clermont, IA; his siblings, Paul, Joe, Theresa and Janice; and his parents-in-law, Bill and Ann Meirick. He is also survived by several in-laws, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Howard County Cancer Association (HoCA) or Winneshiek County Hospice.
