He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis J. Novak and Annie Novak (Frana); his wife Gertrude; and his brother Andrew Novak. He is survived by: his children, Ronald Novak (Mary) of Protivin, Perry Novak (Wendy) of Decorah, June Moudry (Allen) of Protivin, Cynthia Streif (Joseph) of Broken Arrow, OK and Audrey Novak of Protivin; and his sister Elizabeth Seaver of Florida.
