It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Lee Davis (Promise City, Iowa), born in Sherburn, Minnesota, who passed away on January 15, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marvin Davis and Evelyn Davis (Mathwig); his wife Betty; his children, Dar Ellis (Bill), Patty Warren (Larry), Cherie Trude, Kathy McClain (Mark), Dale Davis (Chris) and Jenny Ripperger (Randy); his sister Bev Schermerhorn (Terry); his sister-in-law Connie Davis; his nephew Jared Davis; and his great grandchild Fisher Anderson. He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, one great- great grandchild.
