She is survived by: her daughter Jacqueline Goertz of Winterset; her sister Christine Kerby of Elkhart; her nephew Bryan Howard (Jodie) of Mitchellville; and her nieces, Leigh Nicole Swanson and Melanie Swanson of Cedar Rapids.
