He is survived by: his spouses, Kathleen Campbell and Katie Frazier of Prole; his sons, Justin Frazier (Jessica) of Des Moines, Jesse Frazier of Adel and James Frazier of Earlham; his grandchildren, Elle and Nolan Frazier; and his siblings, Dennis, Doug, Eddie, Lucinda, Theresa and Renee. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
