Ray of Princeton, Iowa, born in Madelia, Minnesota, who passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Simpson and Clara Simpson (Schwingler); her husband Don; and her sisters, Lois Beving and Pat Schmidtke.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Ray (Linda) of Blue Grass, Karen Byard of Rock Island, Dawn Ray of Davenport and Linda Frandsen (James) of Davenport; her grandchildren, Eddie, Michelle, Emily, Kristin, Tiffanie, Kaleb, Meckenzie and Hayley; her brother Richard Simpson (Nylene) of Madelia, Minnesota; and her son Arnie Anderson (Teresa) of Taylor Ridge, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
