She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Cotton and Leola Cotton (Brown); and her brother Herb. She is survived by: her husband Floyd Mizer; her daughters, Christine Butler of Washington, DeAnn Mizer of Muscatine and Barbara Mizer of Davenport, Iowa; her grandchildren, James, Kelsi, Frannie, Christopher and Leo; her great grandchildren, Ava, Mikey and LuLu; and her brothers, Robert Cotton (Peg) of Davenport, Jerry Cotton (Polly) of LeClaire Iowa and Clifford "Gene" Cotton (Patty) of LeClaire.
