She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Moore and Harriet Moore (Ward); her stepfather Forace Reding; and her sister Peggy Holden. She is survived by: her spouse Keith A. Hartz; her children, Ashley Hartz, Samantha Hartz and Leland Hartz of Bettendorf; her grandsons, A. J., Matthew and Mason; and her siblings, Kathy Moore (Jack) of Erwin, Tennessee and Randy Moore (Raele) of Preston, Iowa.
