Hartz; her children, Ashley Hartz, Samantha Hartz and Leland Hartz of Bettendorf; her grandsons, A. J., Matthew and Mason; and her siblings, Kathy Moore (Jack) of Erwin, Tennessee and Randy Moore (Raele) of Preston, Iowa.
