She is survived by: her mother Nora McQuate (Wuthrich) of West Salem; her husband Tom Carr; her children, Brittany Lynn and Travis of Iowa; her grandchildren, Jacklyn Renee and Sage; and her sister Lynette Hines of West Salem. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
