He is survived by: his spouse Jacquelin L. Kuehl; and his children, Sherri Miller of Davenport, Tammi Louck of Davenport, Wanda Louck of Pekin, IL, Clarence Louck (Jeffrey Louck) of Goodfield, IL and Grand. He is also survived by Great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to West Wing Place at the DeWitt Community Hospital Foundation.
