She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Lorenzen and Mildred Lorenzen (Brown); her husband Elmer L. Stangeland; and her siblings, Frederick, Emil, Frances and Lila.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald (JoAnn) of Albert Lea and Susan (Rod Klarenbeek) of Larchwood, Iowa; her grandchildren, Deanna Schave of Kansas City, Tony Stangeland of Albert Lea and Ryan Schave of Boulder, Colorado; and her great grandchildren, Tyler and Briannah Stangeland.
