He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Clarence Maher and Kathleen Rosemarie Maher; his nephew Flynn Michael Day; and his great-niece Mikayla. He is survived by: his siblings, Jean, Susan (Bob), Sharon (Denny), Mary Jane (Richard), Marian, Rosemary (Mitch) and John (Nicola). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
