She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Lorius and Anna Lorius (Westphall); her husband Paul Ness; and her sisters, Viola, Jane and Darlene.
She is survived by: her former husband Lyle Horsman; her children, Ernest "Pete" Horsman (Elly) of Spring Valley and Linda Pohlen (Doug) of Northfield, MN; her grandchildren, Erik Horsman, Hayden Horsman, Erin Warbois, Kelly James Schrandt, Kasey Schrandt (Julie), Gina Schatz (Austin), Andy Horsman (Kathleen), Amy Horsman (Zach Taylor), Sean Pohlen (Kristi) and Luke Pohlen (Ashley); her siblings, Fred Lorius (Evie) of Spring Valley and Mary Knauf of Chatfield, MN; and the father of her children Lyle H. Horsman of Caladonia, MN.. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the family.
