He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jacob and Annina Marie Hayward (Weets); his wife Doris Ann Johnson; his son Allan William Hayward; his brother Robert Hayward; and his grandchild Avery Gaskins.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas Hayward of Rock Island, IL, Beth Ann Hayward of Preston, IA and Crystal Gaskins (Shawn) of Rock Island, IL; and his grandchildren, Nicole Gaskins and Christian Gaskins.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a Ronald A. Hayward Memorial Fund has been established.
