She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Hershel, Dorothy Mensink of Greenleafton, Fritz and Ruth Anne Rubin of Spring Valley. She is survived by: her parents, Duane Mensink and Katherine Mensink (Rubin); her husband Jordan Fontenello; her son Aeric; and her siblings, Ross, Gretchen and Kristyn.
