She is survived by: her husband Ronald Allen Hayward; her children, Douglas Hayward of Rock Island, IL, Beth Ann Hayward of Preston, IA and Crystal Gaskins (Shawn) of Rock Island, IL; and her grandchildren, Nicole Gaskins and Christian Gaskins.
