She is survived by: her husband Duaine of Fountain; her daughters, Julie Gade (Paul) of Fountain and Laurie Bacon of Preston; her grandchildren, Sarah Waadevig (Andy), Chris Gade (Nicole), Daysha Borst (Jared), Kari Bacon (Jason Wright), Shane Bacon, Kayla Peterson (Nick) and Trevor Lange (Taylor); and her siblings, Darlene Beach, Richard Kujath and David Kujath. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
