He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Loughren and Helen Loughren (Henry); his wife Judy Bohren; his siblings, Peg Smith, Pat Wendel and John Loughren (Sally); his nephew Mikeal Loughren; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Frasher, Shirley Elliott, Harold Frasher, Melvin Lovell, Danny Zeman and Louis Hovey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Bistline (Lance) of Walker and Lisa Seaton (Chris) of Marion, Iowa; his siblings, Lorraine Hovey of Evansdale, JoAnn Zeman of Monticello, Iowa, Leo Loughren (Karen) of Cedar Rapids and Dick Elliott of Harpers Ferry, Iowa; and his brothers-in-law, Dick Smith of Marion, Tom Wendel of Cedar Rapids and Jerry Bohren (Joyce) of Prairieburg. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
