She is survived by: her children, Andrew Jon (Paxton), Kate Marie, Hannah Grace and Jesus; her mother L. Sue McAdams (VanHouweling); her stepfather Dan; her husband Tim; her siblings, Merri DeReus (Jeff) of Prairie City, Mark VanHouweling (Cheryl) of Prairie City, Kyle VanHouweling (Wanda) of Prairie City and Aaron VanHouweling of Pella; her stepmother Susan VanHouweling of Prairie City; her mother-in-law Eunice McCarthy of Kellogg, IA; and her siblings-in-law, Gary McCarthy (Gail) of Forest City, IA and Vicki Brown of Kellogg, IA. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Due to the COVID - 19 concerns, the family is requesting masks be worn at both events.
