He is survived by: his adoptive parent Lary Willoughby; his friend Melcher; his former wife Michelle Monroe; his son Parker; his godchildren, Leah Adreon, Kyler Willoughby and Ava Harvey; his parents, Lary Willoughby and Kathy Willoughby; his wife Ariana; his grandparents, Lloyd and Jean Willoughby; his siblings, Jessica Adreon (Luke), Matt Willoughby (Courtney), Darcy Neal (Larry), Alex Willoughby (Brittany), Diana Thomsen, Dawn Stocker, David Thomsen, Deanna Thomsen, Michael Thomsen, Darrell Kloster and Alicia Koerselman; and his nieces and nephews, Adison, Leah, Brody, Ryker, Kyler, Leora, Mallory and Soren. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be for his son, Parker's education, and may be made in care of Kathy Willoughby, PO Box 701 Melcher-Dallas, IA 50163.
