She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Heemstra and Joanne Heemstra (Bult); her brother Mike Heemstra; her brother-in-law Mike Eekhoff; her nephew Tommy John Eekhoff; and her parents-in-law, Marvin and Evelyn McClellan.

She is survived by: her husband Ronald McClellan; her son John (Rochelle); her grandchildren, Auntie', Zachary, Jamie (Bailey), Jacob and Betsy; her sisters, Kristen Eekhoff and Mary Nikkel (Barry); her sister-in-law Lori Heemstra; and her nieces and nephews, Dan Nikkel (Tricia), Jennifer Heemstra (Cory Wilcox), Erik Nikkel (Julie), AnnMarie Barry (Sean), Archie Eekhoff, Susie Birks (Clyde), Andy Heemstra (Krista), Karen Beck (Andrew) and Michael Eekhoff (Erin). She is also survived by 13 great-nieces and nephews.
