He was predeceased by: his mothers, Nova Clifford and Mary Louise Earles (Bradley); his in-laws, Harold Clarence and Frances "Faye" Holtz (Hall); his sisters, Wilma Churchill, Patsy Lewis and Barbara Dhondt; his siblings-in-law, Richard Lewis, Don Kendall and Sandy Holtz; his nephew Terry Lewis; and his great grandchild Afton Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Earles (Holtz).
