He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Porter and Maxine Porter; his wife Rhonda; and his siblings, Gary and Diane.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bonnie Porter, Lorraine Fisher, Robin Burnett (Travis), Carolyn, Terry, Jerome (Suzee), Larry (Beth), Allen (Cathy) and Michael Porter; and his stepchildren, Amanda Bullard and Jeremy Dittmer (Jackie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Prairie City Church of the Brethren, in loving memory of Bill.
