He is survived by: his children, Vicki and Doug; his wife Karen Dahm; his family, Vicki, Mike Cowman, Josh Cowman (Chelsea), Harper, Maechen, Willow, Tyler Cowman (Whitney), Rhemy, Mack, Doug, Rhonda Vander Beek, Alyssa Grier (Bret), Kenna, Jase, Drew Vander Beek (Anna), Brynn Vander Beek and Jovi Vander Beek; and his siblings, Gerrit Vander Beek (Marcie), Maggie Wakeman and Ann Van Den (Hollis).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to PET (Mobility Worldwide) or Hospice of Pella.
