We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Mavis Violet Bigler of Postville, Iowa, born in Decorah, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Spencer Soeder and Violet Soeder; her siblings, DeVale Soeder and Wanda Anderson; her daughter Lori McDermott; and her great grandchild Drake Bigler.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Bigler; her children, Mark of Davenport, Matthew (Kimberly) of Cedar Falls and Lisa Rupiper (Russell) of Omaha; her son-in-law Timothy McDermott; and her siblings, Wayne Soeder of Waverly, Steven Soeder of Richfield, MN, Shirley McDonald of Plymouth, MN and Martha Grindeland of Shakopee, MN. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Heritage United Methodist Church to be used in upgrading their sound system.
