He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Lydia Kruger (Hesse); his former wife Shirley Osmundson; his daughter Cheryl McNally; and his siblings, Elmer Kruger, Esther Snitker and Evelyn Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie White (Rolfs) of Postville; his children, Victoria Baade (Lonnie) of Luana, Lisa Snitker (Greg) of Postville, Gary White (Anne) of Decorah, Kermit White (Cathy) of Postville, Daniel White (Nooch) of Postville and Judy Houdek (Steve) of Anamosa; and his sister Elizabeth Johnson of Ellsworth, IA.. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
