She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Booge and Anna Booge (Kutz); her son Jeffery Hartman; and her siblings, Marge Lampe, Joann Kramer and Alan Booge.

She is survived by : her husband Melvin Hartman; her daughters, Donna Fink (Bill) of Carlisle, IA, Denise Barrios (Bill) of Des Moines, IA and Jerry Hartman (Laura) of Creston, IA; her grandchildren, Jason Clark, Jamie Clark, Alison Rudolf (Justin), Jefferson Fink, Theo Hartman (Grace), Savannah Suhre (Harrison), Olivia Hartman and Elijah Hartman; and her siblings, Bonnie Hammer and Bill Booge (JoAnne). She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great granddaughter.
