It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret McCartan of Pomeroy, Iowa, who passed away on September 16, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Francis McCartan and Mary McCartan (Nolan); and her siblings, Michael McCartan and Mary Ann McCartan. She is survived by : her sisters, Kathleen "Kay" McCartan of Austin, TX and Jeanne Calkins (Larry) of Benicia, CA; and her sister-in-law Peggy McCartan of Lee's Summit, MO. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other extended family members and friends.
